Larry Martin has been a part of GRT/Valley Rubber for 40 years. Initially working as a press operator, Larry has since transitioned to the role of Shipping Manager at our Falkville plant. In this position, he supervises the careful packaging of our customer’s products, ensuring excellence throughout the shipping process. He guarantees that items are securely boxed and delivered punctually. During his time here, Larry has honed his skills in specialized machining.
Larry identifies most with the Core Value of Inspiring Trust. According to him, “Without trust, no relationship will work. Failure is imminent where there is a lack of trust”. Trust plays a significant role in the company’s culture.
