Falkville, AL – Craig Holmes has been at Valley Rubber for 20 years. In his time here, he has been a press operator and has worked in shipping and maintenance. Craig’s current role is in maintenance.
Craig likes working at Valley Rubber because he enjoys the atmosphere. He says Valley Rubber has good people and good leadership. He likes that everyone works together as a team because he believes one person can’t do everything and that it takes the whole organization working together to be successful.
