Cronan Connell has been with Valley Rubber for 20 years. In his time here, he has been VP of Sales and is currently the President/General Manager.
Cronan likes his job because he is very motivated by the passion Valley Rubber employees have for solving problems for customers through engineering, manufacturing, and support, improving their lives professionally and personally. He says he is even more inspired by the people he gets to work with. Cronan believes God has blessed Valley Rubber with a bright, creative, and tireless team that consistently demonstrates a sincere concern for one another.
Glorifying God is the Core Value that stands out to Cronan most. Establishing great relationships, producing excellent work, exceeding people’s needs, serving others, and advancing trust is honoring to God when done well. Cronan’s prayer is to do all things in a manner that is worthy of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
