• We can customize, engineer, and fabricate a Launder System to meet your operation’s specific requirements.
• These systems are used as a gravity conveyance in fluid based (wet material transfer) process circuits.
• Converting from traditional lined pipe sections to rectangular launders allows for the use of bolt-in rubber-ceramic lining systems.
• Our designs are easier to maintain and will provide much longer service life than traditional systems.

ST Boxes
ST Boxes are used to help reduce the dynamic fluid energy in a gravity fed launder or pressurized fluid system. The box momentarily traps the fluids, creating turbulence to slow the material and dissipate some of the energy. With a rectangular design these boxes are easily fitting with a long-lasting and easy to replace rubber-ceramic lining system.
